To book a parking:

  • Search for an available space
  • Select your dates
  • Make the secure payment

To rent your parking space:

  • Log into your account
  • Click "Rent your space"
  • Follow the steps to add your parking spot

Owners set their own prices. CoParking takes a 12.5% commission on each transaction to ensure the platform runs smoothly, payment security, and customer support. All prices displayed include this commission.

In "My Parking", you can:

  • Edit your prices and availability
  • Temporarily disable your space for personal use
  • Manage your bookings
  • View your rental history
  • Access your earnings

  • User verification
  • Secure payments via Stripe
  • Banning after 3 valid reports
  • Active monitoring of suspicious activities
  • Responsive customer support

  • Report it by email to [email protected] with a photo (including the vehicle's registration). Our team records every report, and after three violations, the driver's account will be permanently banned from CoParking.
  • Damages: covered by the tenant's liability insurance.
  • Conflict: for any other problematic situations, contact us at [email protected].

  • If access is via a code, you will receive it after your booking.
  • If access is via a key or remote control, please contact the owner directly, who will arrange access. The owner's contact details will be shown after booking.

  • Owners: Declare your income to the tax authorities (annual summary available).
  • Renters: Have valid liability insurance (RC).
  • Subletting: Obtain permission from the owner/management.
  • Data protection: Compliance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

  • Access: Owners must provide all necessary information (phone number available after booking).
  • Snow removal: The owner's responsibility in winter.
  • Maintenance: According to building/parking regulations.
  • Keys/badges: Managed according to the owner's instructions.
