By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.
Parking Space Owner: You must be the legitimate owner of the parking space you list on our platform. In case of any ownership dispute, we reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities, including the police, to investigate the matter. Any fraudulent or illegal use of the application will be reported to the authorities. Subletting: If you are renting a parking space and wish to sublet it to someone else, you must check if your lease allows subletting. If not, you must obtain the landlord's permission.
3.1- Owner's Responsibility:
As an owner, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about the parking space. You must ensure that your parking space is available as indicated and that it complies with all local regulations.3.2- Tenant's Responsibility:
As a tenant, you must comply with the rules and regulations of the owner regarding the use of the parking space. You are responsible for any damage caused to the parking space during the reservation period. CoParking does not guarantee protection against potential damages caused to the parking spaces.
In case of a claim or dispute, please contact us immediately at contact form. We will strive to resolve issues fairly and quickly. If legal intervention is necessary, we will cooperate with the relevant authorities to resolve the dispute.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our application, and your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application in case of violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Users are responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes related to the income generated from renting parking spaces. CoParking cannot be held responsible for the tax obligations of the users.
CoParking charges a service fee of 12.5% on each transaction made through our platform. Payments made outside the platform are your responsibility. We ensure the security and satisfaction of both parties by holding the funds until the booking is complete, at which point we release them. To facilitate these transactions, we use Stripe Connect. By listing a parking space, you agree to the creation of a unique Stripe Connect account to manage all your payments on CoParking.
These terms and conditions, and any use of the CoParking platform, are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any dispute, claim or legal matter arising in connection with CoParking shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland. Any threat, intimidation, blackmail, extortion, defamation or other unlawful act directed against CoParking, its team or its representatives — whether made in person, in writing, by email, by telephone or through any online or social media channel — will be taken seriously and may be pursued before the competent Swiss courts. If we are compelled to take legal action to protect the company against such threats or unlawful conduct, the person responsible shall bear all resulting costs and expenses, including but not limited to court fees, attorney and legal representation fees and any other reasonable costs incurred by CoParking, to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law.
CoParking strives to keep its website and application available at all times. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable, slowed down or interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical problems, server failures or circumstances beyond our control (including events of force majeure). We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access to the service. CoParking cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the temporary unavailability, downtime or maintenance of the website or application. Whenever reasonably possible, we will aim to carry out planned maintenance during off-peak hours and to restore the service as quickly as possible.
